Dubai, December 2015. Bio Molecular Systems; (QLD, Australia) signed an exclusive distribution agreement with the Alliance Global Group (Dubai, UAE) to promote its next generation qPCR instrument; the MIC in AGBL’s markets.
Bio Molecular Systems (BMS) manufactures the MIC qPCR thermal cycler; the world’s first compact Magnetic Induction Cycler. Developed by the Corbett Research team who invented the Rotorgene cycler, MIC uses a patented magnetic induction technology to achieve uniform heating and forced airflow for cooling, this means faster ramping of temperature and more accurate and uniform heating and cooling processes. The system is available as two or four channel models with optional HRM, the robust optical system that reads all channels simultaneously, enabling users to run multichannel assays more smoothly and accurately.
“The innovative and patented technologies loaded in the MIC instrument, along with its incredibly small footprint will change the way customers lot at real time PCR instrumentation forever, we believe our customers will love what the MIC has to offer to their labs and we are excited to bring yet another state-of-the-art technology to markets we cover” says Hala Al Taher, Alliance Global Molecular Biology Product Manager.
