AGBL LEVANT announced that its office in Beirut was awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification an internationally recognized standard that ensures services meet clients’ needs through an effective quality management system.
AGBL LEVANT went through a rigorous evaluation process such as quality management system development, management system documentation review, initial and final assessments of processes and procedures ensuring there were no non-conformances or weaknesses in the quality management system of the company.
“This certification is very important for us, as it will insure that our quality procedures are audited by an accredited body and that they are compliant with the highest standards, this will help us achieve higher customer satisfaction, grow our business and improve our operations’ efficiency”, said Mr. Fadi Khaizaran, General Manager at AGBL LEVANT.
